Delete your account

You can stop using Crucially at any time. To remove your account and associated sign-in:

1. In the app (when available): Use the account deletion option in the app, if your build exposes it. That removes your Firebase authentication record for Crucially as part of the flow we provide.
2. By email: If you cannot use in-app deletion, or need help completing removal, email support@mail.crucially.app from the address associated with your account (or describe how you signed in). We will process account deletion requests in line with our Privacy Policy.

Some data may remain in backups for a limited period, as described in section 7 (Retention) and section 8 (Your choices and rights) of the Privacy Policy.
